I had a Magnaflow on my '07 and it was a little too loud. So, I could never handle a Flowmaster. Just too much noise in the cab (I hold lots of calls while driving) and I leave the neighborhood early in the morning.

But I do believe that magnaflow's flow better than flowmasters. Is it noticable on our trucks, I don't know.

Btw, there have been LOTS of threads on this topic already.

I'm in Houston. If you guys find a good shop here, please PM or post up.

By the sounds of it, I might want a Magnaflow. I want a deep throaty sound, but not extremely loud inside the cab. I just want something to match the power. But not annoying.

I took the truck back to Minute Muffler. They got it right. It might have cost a little more but the job underneath looks good.

yup magnaflow def got that throaty sound and not extremely loud once you're inside. I'll try to see if anybody I know has an eye for a good shop in the boston area. anyway, for your magnaflow exhaust try getting them here magnaflow 12278 , or you can try one of the vendors here, they are always running sales/specials. either way its a great system and very easy to install. you see, I just got my 12278 from them complete with warranty and I love it. magnaflow WWWWOOOOOOOOT!!!
