Default Bakflip G2 / Bed liner / drain plug???

I’m ready to order a Bakflip G2. Did some one already install one of them in a crew cab?
I have the factory (or dealer) installed bed liner from Dodge or Mopar. How do you connect the drain plugs? Do you have to remove it to access to the bed drain holes?
Thanks

was looking at the same cover, and I also have the factory bed liner (came on the truck and they wouldn't take it off).
