Default Anyone get their issues resolved with the audio problems from the lockpick??

I've been trying to contact Carlos at CoastalTech but he hasn't returned my call. I've had it with this and I either want to return it to get the allgig or they need to resolve the problem.

I may be missing something but I installed a lockpick v2 this weekend and I have had no issues besdes the fact that when you are in VES mode and select AUX IN 1 I do not get any video to the rear seat monitor I do get it when I play a DVD. I have had no auio issues at all except I thought the connectors were seated well but apparently were not I lost the right channels on first drive the connector is a lot tighter then the factory one.

Everyone I've talked to on here has the same issues with the audio cutting out for a few seconds every so often. It gets pretty aggravating.

I was experienceing that on the radio before the Lockpick on music that was downloaded but updating the Firm Ware resolved that. I have not noticed any cutting but have been listening to mostly satelite is is doing it on a specific source that it is happening on. Are you using a REN or Navigation system what Firm Ware are you running?

Well mine cuts out no matter what mode I'm in, video, radio or satellite. It never did it before I installed the lockpick. I have the radio with navigation.

I know this is a dumb question but you are sure the connections are fully plugged in I had an issue intially and found that when I plugged the unit in that it seemed like it clipped in but it was not completely seated my connectors were really tight.

I'm pretty sure it's connected good. If it wasn't connected good, wouldn't the whole thing not work?

No that was not the case with me I didn't have right channel speakers after a few bumps and with the A/V cable I had Audio no video in. Took out radion again and reconnected everything and worked fine.
