One question was there something said about the OP also doing a config build? If so what exactly is that and is that where the difference is? It is not the fact that the MDS flash changed anything but the config build actually reprogrammed all of the settings as they in the post dec build trucks. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I don't know if that is possible as I am not very inclined about automotive technology.

I'm fairly certain a new gauge cluster would fix the light issue (still hoping I have some pixels die or something while under warranty). Don't know anything about a config build.

Ok I checked today and my build date is 02/09. And I have the "fuel saver" message pop up on mine. If I get above 1500 rpms it cuts off. If I slow to around 25 mph it goes off. I also can go into setup and turn it off if I want. Just another FYI

NO LIGHT........ I figured it wouldnt do it,he did look around inside it for that, the tech I use is great, he is up on all the RRT's and is helpfull, it stays in 4 cyl. mode longer, when I had it before you wouldnt get the 4 mode till 60 and then if you slowly let off I could keep it on till 55 but any slower it would fall off ,and when you punch it from a stop, it shifts harder, ( I know hear what the other posters said about the blow off valve sound when it shifts at full throttle into second,, like a psssst, when you let off ,it feels like you stepped on the brakes,(the 4 mode hangs on longer than before) I am going to have to get use to that, the change to 4 mode is now a feeling like a shift, it is WAY more pronounced than before, the EVIC reacts a lot slower than before, still at 60 mph this morning 1 hour drive to work reads 23.6 even though its not getting that, gotta love the 3:21's for Mileage at least..
also he played around with other stuff he thought I would like on the truck, do all USA built 09's fog lights stay on when you hit the high beams? Oh by the way 85 MPH is 2000 rpm.
