hey bubba,
if 09-035 is the tailgate cap, what is 08-101?
thx Biggs
101 came out late last year, dealt w/ the black tailgate cap for warping or lifting up (IIRC). 035 basicly supercedes 101. 035 is to add tape to inside of cap lip to do a better job of preventing lift up. even though 101 & 035 deal w/ the same thing, and 101 should now be canceled; 101 will still apply to affected vehicles if not yet completed (i had one a few weeks ago). but warranty probably wont pay it.
09-041
I don't know if this is related but nothing else was done to my truck except a water test for a weather seal on Monday. My MDS doesn't come on as often. I drive the same way in the same place. The update did change the clock as well as the engine hours (the one that counts hours minutes and seconds not the other that just shows the hours). That's probably due to having to reset the system. I am a little upset that it seems to have messed with the MDS. Although, for now I'm still on track for my 13 city MPG. just throwing extra info out there. Hope I'm not cluttering anything.
