funny thing happened on the way to work in the wee hours of the morning today. I was trying to set the Cruise control this morning.. and it would not turn on... after fidgiting with the stalk a little bit I gave up on the cruise. about 30 secs later.. those three lights went off.. and I was able to turn on the cruise... and.. the truck started driving slightly different. Appearantly whatever the prob was.. it has worked itself out. as for having the traction control completely disabled... I did notice a difference in how it drives.. and I gotta say.. I much prefer driving this truck with the trac control ON. One other thing.. I wonder if the Computer is still learning or decided to commit a lesson to it's brain.. because on the Highway at 70 or so... the tach was running about 500 rpms higher than normal.. and then after about 3 miles it settled back down to it's normal spot... dunno.

anyway.
