If you go to the local motorcycle shop, they will sell a foam air filter oil. I too believe the oils are different. All the racing and hipo 4 wheelers run foam air filters so the kits are readily available at the bike shops.Just my.02

If anyone cares, I bought the XDI unit before they went under, and since than did some checking to find out that Uni Filter was the company that made the air filter for True Flow up until earlier this year, than True Flow took the molds in house to make the filters themselves. So, Uni Filter does not have any of the original molds to make replacements. If they receive enough calls, they will consider doing the necessary leg work to make that happen. In the meantime, I am sending them the dimensions of mine along with pics to see if they have something now that I could use as a back up if need be. As for the oil, Uni Filter is the company that packaged the oil for True Flow with there name on it. Therefore, you can use the Uni Filter Oil and Cleaner. It is the exact same stuff if you bought the True Flow branded product. I would definitely use the recommended oil for the foam air filter, but as far as the cleaning agent, Simple Green works very well [or similar cleaning product] for less money. Hope that helps.

If AEM or K&N are coming out with one soon then Mopar will have one soon also. My understanding is that Mopar takes their design and slaps the Mopar logo on it.

im going to assume that since they used my truck in like may.. and taken more than 7 months to come out with one.. that they did their homework and will be putting out a good product.

also im assuming that if this one pulls are from the fender then it should be better than the xdi..

I honestly cant say anything bad about the xdi... so well see when i get the AEM one how things turn out
