Al's can be applied as thick or as thin as you want it. You can also tint Al's with any automotive pigment to color match to your vehicle or ad media for non-slip and rubber crumb for more non-skid and better sound deadening properties. What you can coat with Al's Liner is endless!
I sell alot of kits to car restorers who spray the undercarriages, floors, and trunks of their hotrods, truck beds, flat decks, trailers, and alot of people lately coating decks and patios.
Here's a couple of pics of a customer of mine who just did the total interior, undercarriage and floor of his 55 Bel Air and color matched it to his future paint.
