RE: Clicking sound......
I think it's more likely to be an exhaust manifold air leak.
Although most exhaust leaks sound like a deep throaty rumble, if the leak is up in the front at the manifold, it will sound metallic, high pitched, almost like someone banging on your engine block with a steel wrench, sorta.
Anyway, that or it could also be something to do with that stupid exhaust air injector, if Chrysler still puts that crap on cars, back in the old days it was sometimes referred to as the smog pump, the air pump, the smog air injector, etc.

Very well could be that. I had a similar noise that occurred when truck warmed up and was under load at about 45-50 mph. I thought it sounded more likean exhaust leak kinda of a tick tick tick noise or even a bad plug wire. Could not hear at idle. Eventually the dealerfigured out it was a bad intake gasket. Of course that was after months of complaining and only after the truck went out of warranty. Go figure.

It only notice it at idle when im looking under the hood. It's on the passenger and it sounds like its coming from the injector area. And thats with me ear right by it not just standing there guessing. I just put a new pcv valve in and it's tighter than a ticks butt so I don't think thats it.

I know when I first heard mine clicking I thought it was the lifters. You could pull the hose that goes to the PVC valve off the intake while it's running and remove the vacuum on the PVC valve and see if the clicking stops. If it stops then you know it's the PVC valve, it not then at least you know that.
I've heard that Marvel Mystery Oil is good for quieting noisy lifters.
