RE: IROC camaro vs Intrepid ES
The newer '91-up Z28's are far better than the previous IROC's, which is why I figure that you currently have a '91 Z instead. The times I found were on an IROC Camaro website, they listed times for every year and version imaginable. I think they may have lised all Camaros in general, but I was only looking for the IROC's. Since they only had a best of 245 horsepower, low 14's seems a bit optimistic whereas the high 14's I found seemed to be more what I figured. Some just get everything just right and I believe a low 14 is possible out of a stock IROC, but not that would be consistently repeatable. Just like the highly under rated SRT-4's, I have seen stock SRT-4's run everywhere from the mid 15's to mid-high 13's and they were factory rated at 215 for '03 and 230 for '04-'05 horsepower yet they put out more than that at the wheels.
