Default front end alignment???

An alignment shop told me the Intrepid doesn't need alignment. My '99is pulling right and he said the tie rods could be bad. Anyone care to elaborate on this?? Thanks....Jim

The rods could be bad, or somthing knocked (or bent) or loosened etc. As with any car, of course you can align it! What he probaly ment was there must be somthing wrong, but to assume bad tie rod ends with no looseness or clunk and not put on a lift is nuts. I'd go elsewhere!
