trans slow shift when cold

Hello have 01 durango 4.7 engine.Every morning when i start engine and start to roll trans whines and have to give lots of gas to get to go.Like it boggs down.Once i get going its ok.But only does this in morning.I park it in garage.Any ideas thanks
