Default Ram 2500 w/ Cummins 903..no lie

My name is Chris and I belong to an Offroad club called MT. Goat Engineering here in maine.

We are currently working on a 1999 Ram 2500. I am straping in the biggest diesel I can in the form of an Old Cummins 903 T/D.

I have seen it done once before, was wondering if anyone has had experience with this type of mod?
I have a rockwell RMX13145A transmission and a pair of Portal axles from a unimog. I have done the math and will put 6.73 ration in the rear.

Two major questions
1. I need to know who big (diameter) the drive shaft needs to be, I am having a hard time finding the math for it.
2. I need a Source of supply for a conversion to run Hummer style wheels.

I will post picks when i figure out how to....
