03 NEON needed for testin
Hi Neon owners. My name is Rich and I am the product manager at Borla Performance Exhaust. I am in need of a 2003 Dodge NEON for testing. This testing is for CARB certification of a header. The vehicle must be an Ultra light emissions vehicle (ULEV) from test group D1 (sticker under hood). I will need the vehicle for at least 7-10 working days. This vehicle will be tested on a Dyno as well as some road testing. The vehicle may accrue as much as 400 miles during this testing. In return I am authorized to offer a Borla Stainless Steel header and Cat-back system in trade. We will also provide a rental car for the time you are without your vehicle. We are located in Oxnard California. If these terms are agreeable, your vehicle qualifies and you are close enough to drive the vehicle down, please contact me.
