Default ball joints II

after reading the entry ball joints,I posted a comment about them. I have been noticing that the steering has started a popping every time I turn all the way to the left or the right. is that normal, i don't think so. any advice on what i should do. The truck is a QD cab 4x4, 2000 with eng 4.7ltr

Thanx, Pat

what size tires do you have, if your tires are to wide the can rub on your fender wall which would also cause a popping sound depending on how aggressive of a tread pattern you got. this is only the case when you turn full in either direction probably more in one direction because of alignment.
