Default Disconnect fuel filter?

I was looking at the fuel filter and it looks like it requires a device
to slip into the connection and disconnect it. I'm familiar with using
this type of disconnect tool of a 93 Chevy Camaro.

Is there anything I can pick up at an auto store to do this or does the fuel filter pop right off somehow?

Figured it out. Apparently the Neons have the disconnect tools built in with the fuel filter.
