Got me a Hemi!!!! Let the mods

I new around here so you folks haven't gotten to know me yet, but I'm a mod-aholic.... <IMG src=smileys/smiley36.gif border="0"></P>


Ordered this new Durango back in Sept (!!!) and finally got it 2 days before New Years....</P>


The exterior design is growing on me, I really like the interior, much improved over the previous generation. </P>


After getting a few miles on it the Hemi is starting to come to life, it will plain get out a haul!!! </P>


I have one major complaint, the thing is waaaayyyy to quiet, and after getting under it I know why, it has 2 huge mufflers on it. They gotta go, I'll bet they don't make any after market stuff yet <IMG src=smileys/smiley19.gif border="0"></P>


Need a new FIPK as well!!!</P>

Yes they do. I cut off my two mufflers on my Ram 1500 after just having it for three weeks and put on the Flowmaster 50 series dual exhaustthat are specially designed for the Hemi. It's sounds grrreat.</P>

I looked at the Flowmaster site and they don't list anything yet for the 04 Durango....<IMG src=smileys/smiley19.gif border="0"></P>

Congrats, Flowmaster should be updating their site for 2004 Durango models, in Feburary. You can check your local muffler shop for details. Till then, if it is too quiet, just take the exhaust off and run it open... lol.</P>
