Default Selling my '97 Dakota

It's a Tennessee truck since day one. The only thing that has any rust are the nerf bars the original owner put on it. I had planned to take them off and toss them at some point.

201K on the clock

Things about this truck: 5.2L V-8 Auto 2WD

Bought with 77K in 2004
Replaced engine with Mopar Reman engine @78K, Oil changed every 2,500 miles since then.
Transmission replaced with Mopar Reman @ 125K, serviced @ 175K
Driveshaft replaced @ 125K
Painted in a couple areas as the clear coat wore down. Hood, tailgate, fenders and cab have been painted over the last 3 years.
New Wheels last year.
Michelin LTX 2 tires.
Aftermarket Crystal headlamps.
Mopar Fog Lamp kit. They're looking gnarly and probably need to be replaced.
New OEM Headliner last year.
The Topper has a moderate water leak on one side, because it IS old. Also the hatch is worn but closes
Bedliner
Replaced Upper control arm bushings, upper/lower ball joints, one front bearing hub and tie rod ends last year.
Power Locks and Mirrors. Factory Alarm w/ Keyless Fob
Replaced Evaporator and Heater core in 2008.
Aftermarket radio with USB.
Interior is decent, but could use a new foam pad on the drivers bottom. No dash or door panel damage. Center console could use a new lid. Carpet is decent.
Magnaflow ... 1 in, 2 out. Sounds great.
Uses about 1 to 1.5 quarts between oil changes. This is typical of the Magnum engines. Some of that is probably valve covers. No smoke ever.

NEEDS: Valve cover gaskets and it's time for the Major tune-up. Steering Rack binds when outside temps are around 40 or below, but frees up. There is an A/C leak, leaks out in about 2 weeks. Probably will need a compressor, but I haven't put the AC sniffer on it yet

$3,000.00 is what I want for it.
