Angry Aftermarket Deck Install

Alright I need some help. I just installed a new deck into my 2000 Intrepid. I don't know if I have the infinity system or not, but I get no sound from a CD or the AUX input, but the radio comes in just fine. From what I read on here, if i did have the infinity system then I would get no sound at all, correct?

Sounds like you could have a bad deck. As far as the speakers are concerned, if you are hearing the radio, then the problem isnt with them, as far as they are concerned, its the source unit. Is it new? if so i would take it back, if not id get a new one. Hope that helps ya.
