Window don't always go up ?

Window don't always go up ?
about 6 months ago the passenger side front window would not always go back up, started happening to driver side ? the window always goes down and then it will not go back, after a while or restarting the Van it will eventually go back up ? Switch problem ? wireing ? the Van is 2002 3.8,

Maybe for a better response you could place this in the van section and not the audio/video section......
