Uconnect Bluetooth and Ipod issues
I've just been given a Journey through work and I'm having a couple of issues that I can hopefully get some help on.
1. My iPod classic 120GB is not recognised at all. Do I need a special cable or something?
2. Bluetooth streaming seems broken.
The phone connects ok and I can make calls, but streaming will only work if bluetooth on the phone is turned off BEFORE starting ignition/accessories. Once in the car and uconnect is turned on I then turn on bluetooth on the phone and it will stream normally.
If I have bluetooth on before I start the car or have accessories on streaming will not work. It will appear to be streaming (music shows playing on the phone) but there will be no sound coming out of the speakers.
Can anyone help with these problems?

we need to know a couple things in order to help you further, ok.
1) What year is the vehicle?
2) Which radio do you have? Look on the lower right corner of the radio faceplate there will be a 3 digit code there.
3) when you say the iPod isn't recognized, what exactly do you mean?
4) which USB port are you using?
Thanks

Can you take a look at something for me? When you're having the issue with the iPhone when it recgnizes the phone and then drops it, there are LEDs on the USB connector, Are those LEDs cycling off, on, off, on etc?
My co worker is out till Friday. I'll get to use the phone then.

OK so i've now tried it with a couple of iphones over USB.
The iphone 3GS worked flawlessly.
The iphone 4S didn't work at all. It keep recognising and then dropping the phone out every couple of seconds.
I didn't try either phone over Bluetooth.
Did you get a chance to test the nexus?
