Wasn't that on TV about 7 - 10 years ago? It was only on at 11:30 pm where I lived.
Chrysler expects more launches in 2006 than in record 2004
The Chrysler group is evaluating production of the Chrysler Firepower and the Jeep Gladiator, says CEO Dieter Zetsche Monday night. Said Zetsche: "In 2006, we'll aim to break the record for new-vehicle launches we set last year." The company introduced nine new or updated products in 2004
Glad to hear it! Where was the quote from? I'd like to read the whole thing.
BTW, did anyone else catch that Firepower was the name used on the first hemis in the 50s? I didn't until a friend of mine pointed it out to me. Firepower was stamped on the valve covers.
yeah, that is good news, and just to throw my two cents in, the hurricane, gladiator, and firepower all look even better in person. ESPESCIALLY the gladiator and firepower, both in which i thought looked great from photos and was hoping that they would be produced, but now i just got back from naias and after seeing them in person i love them even more and will be soooooooo mad if they dont build them. also, if the gladiator isnt produced, then they better AT LEAST use that front end styling exactly for the next wrangler. it was a true jeep - flip down windshield, removable doors, external clamps for the hood, everything and it is EXACTLY the styling they need to start applying to all jeeps!!
