To get to the Photo Gallery, find the link at the top of the forum next to the User CP or just click on the link which I have provided here.
Once in the photo gallery click on add album. Give your album a name and a description. You can also select your album to be public or private, however you will want to make it public if you want to use it for ROTM.
Once you have entered the above info you will be able to click on upload pictures. You can upload up to 3 pictures at a time.
That is all there is to it! To access your album after you create it go to the User CP (control panel) and click on the Pictures and Albums link.
