Default 1969 Super Bee for sale

Hey Guys,

New to the forum and looking to purchase a 1969 Super bee. I found one at a dealer that is a a 440 six pack. Everything is checking out except its not the original engine. Its a period correct 440 from 1969. They told me the engine was blown and replaced and I did verify the engines numbers are from 1969. Any thoughts on what this does to the value...Obviously they are asking a decent price but want to know how much you guys think in regards to technically non matching engine numbers car but period correct Super Bee. Thanks

It's gonna' vary with the tool you use. I understand Haggerty is pretty good.
Do your research and compare that against what YOU are willing to pay.
