I need a logo...again..details inside...please read ASAP if you have design skills!

Hello all!

I know that we just did a logo contest, but this one is more specific. We got some awesome entries for the last one, but this one has some guidelines to make the logo more appropriate and cost effective for printing...the best submitted logo will very likely be used for our Dodgeforum.com t-shirts!!

here are the guidelines:

1. Needs to be in .psd or .ai format
2. Must be at least 300 dpi
3. Must be between 8” – 10” wide
4. Must contain “DodgeForum.com” in the middle of the design
5. If vehicles are included it must include a car and a new Ram (to appeal to the car & truck crowds)
6. Must be no more than 3 colors

so, if youre interested in giving it a try, please post right away and let me know...you dont have to wait until youre done with the logo...i just want to know that someone is working on one, and there is somewhat of a time crunch..

I'm defenatly interested in it.
What sort of time crunch?
The guidelines were fairly minimal and I could see myself making a few (hundred LOL) different looks.
Is there any specific direction or "look" you'd be interested in?
What type of printing cmyk or rgb?
Colors you'd like to have? or just any 3 I'd like to use.
how about gradiants? or just keep it solid colors.
shirt info will it be printed or screenprinted?

Will you want all rights to the logo/image as well? Not a big deal either way, would just like to know.

I'll send AI vector files so it can be sized to your needs as you wish..

help me out with some additional info and I'll start on it today. I probably won't use car/truck but can incorporate some for specific uses. either drawn or photoshoped in.

members like lots of those, but theyre not shirt-print friendly..

one other concern is using a registered trademark...im not sure on the "legality" of using the rams head logo. dodge has always been very good with DF, but im not sure about using their logo...

The shirts will be screenprinted, so no gradients please. We're looking for up to 3 solid colors. The less colors we use, the cheaper the shirts will be for everyone. And like mentioned, let's try to avoid infringing on any trademarks. It didn't work over at the Corvette forum...

This is just something simple that I threw together real quick. Its nothing fancy, but I think that it is something that someone else could take and run with.

i really like some of those ram logos, but the legality is a concern...

Thanks for the info and link Badstrat.
Technicly the ram emblem has changed enough to infring on copy rights but I do not want any problems so I'll withdraw it.
I have another Ram that I drew a while back, maybe I'll work off that.
