Default 67 Dart GT 225 slant 6 engine upgrade

I have a 225 with a cracked block and I am looking to upgrade to a V8. What would be the easiest and most inexpensive V8 to install requiring the least amount of modifications?

Probably any small block will be about the same $ to swap in.

I have a line on a 75 Dart custom with a 318 rebuild and a new front end is it interchangeable with 1967?

Yes, the engine is interchangeable, however I dont think the v-8 K member will interchange into your 67, but I am not 100% sure on that.

Thanks for your input, I will check and see if I can get more info on the K member.

I know there was a change in the Dart's K member and suspension, either 66 or 67. I cant remember which.

Default this might help

Hi, to answer your question it's 67. Darts and valiants were pretty much the same from 64-66. In 67 they changed them. 67-76 are pretty interchangable parts wise so you should be ok. Hope that helps.
