What's my dart worth?

I have a 1972 dodge dart swinger. some rust on quarter panels and rocker panels otherwise paint is good. solid floors and frame. interior is all brand new. the vin says it's supposed to be a 318 but idk if it is a numbers matching car the odometer says 60k miles but idk if that is right. What's it worth if it is a 318 and what's it worth if it is a different motor

Keep the original motor if it is matching numbers. I would guess $4,000.00 at best, but it is a soft market,
