Default 318 lean burn

i just adjusted the ignition timing on my 318 lean burn and its knocking like when a engine desiels it only does it under a load is the ignition timing to far advanced or is it really broken???

Retard your timing, the rattle is called pre ignition and will do damage to the engine if not corrected.
