Default in need of some info

so first off, assuming i can get a good price for my current truck i'm entertaining the idea of trading it in for an 06-09 3/4 ton either the 5.9 or 6.7 anything i should be on the lookout for with these trucks?
currently looking at an 07 5.9 mega cab with a banks exhaust and a bully dog with 69k miles, the other is a stock looking 06 with 71k miles
