Diagnostic Link Connector wiring diagram

hello, I purchased a 1998 dodge avenger, the owner screwed the wiring up, in the process he unhooked the diagnostic link connector, so I am looking for a diagram how to hook it back up.

I've never seen the complete diagram on any schematic unless it's on the factory service manual
