Default Stalling problems

I have a 98 Dodge Avenger 4 cylinder standard that keeps stalling out on me. I'll be driving down the road could be going fast and it just cuts out instantly. When its cutting out and your pushing the gas you can hear the gas trying to get in the car like a boggie sound untill it just stalls out. Wait a few minutes and it will start right back up. A few weeks before this started happening I used some fuel injector cleaner on the car. I ran it just about empty like the bottle said to. On my way to the gas station to fill it back up it started doing this. I thought It had ran out of gas at first but after I had filled it up it is still doing it. I changed out the fuel filter which was really clean. The fuel filter is located just outside of the fuel tank infront of the rear passenger side tire. Any help would be cool.
