If you are talking about the UConnect module that will activate the bluetooth feature, it is plugged in the back of the radio.

If you are talking about something else, need a little more clarification on what you are doing or what you want to have done.

I noticed that when i received a call it was'nt working with the bluetooth/radio in my caliber, i fiqured maybe it needed repaired so i pushed the button on the rear view mirror to start the routine. Nothing happened. no voice asking me what i wanted to do are anything. the mirror is getting power so i'm stumped , do the bluetooth and autodarking in the mirror share the same power?
Thanks in advance, Rock

You're phone option is in your mirror? Hmmmmmmmmmm...... I'm not sure. I only know about the phone feature in the radio. Is this something aftermarket or stock? If it is the stock set up, gonna have to wait for someone that knows that feature. Sorry.

My 08 Ram has the buttons and mic in the mirror. The 09 uses a different radio with the buttons built in.

We had the dealer install the Mopar kit in our 09 Caliber as part of the deal to buy the car. It is located behind the radio in the dash I believe.

Here is a link to the installation of the kit for the 08 Caliber. Yours should be in the same location.

if it's a factory installed unit, I believe it is behind the center stack plastic trim. )the bezel that covers the radio area)

I have this problem too, tell me if you ever find a solution to it.

The Factory installed u-connect module should be on the left side of steering column, you will see it once u remove the knee bolster.
to remove the knee bolster, open drive door, pry off the left side dash cover, it will reveal a screw holding the knee bolster, and there will be two more screw on the bottom of the knee bolster.

If it is a dealer installed, then it could be anywhere the installer put it. either below the radio or behind glove box.

I have a 2010 caliber, and the uconnect buttons are above the radio, however when I press the button to pair it with my phone, the screen reads not equipped with uconnect.
Thanks, Mammy

Your car does not have the Uconnect option. The All of the radios have the buttons.
You can order the kit from your dealer and they can install it. We had this done on our 2009 Caliber as part of the deal to purchase the car. The small microphone attatches to the dash next to the radio and it will function using the radio buttons. The incoming phone number displays on the radio until you answer it.
