Hey, got an important question! I've a 2008 Dodge Caliber R/T and the Blower Motor is spilling water and there is a leak also in the Blower Motor Resistor, is it normal that water circulates in there?!

(Theres some rust in the resistor looks like water has been there a lot time!)

This is not normal. Check the drain port in the firewall for the A/C evaporator. If clogged, the condensation will build up in the duct work.
