Welcome to the forum.

Does the temp gauge rise as it should?

Ours runs a little under the 1/2 under half way when up to temp. I am wondering if you actually have a blend door problem in the dash as to why you are getting no heat. In 2010, they switched from the tried and true cable actuated to electric actuators that tend to break from time to time.
Is the top heater hose hot after it gets up to temp on the gauge?
