95 Transmission only has reverse

I have a 1995 Dodge Caravan with a 3.0. Shifting through the gears, only reverse works. Has been sitting for about a year now. Fluid was to the top of the fill neck. Drained the fluid, it didn't appear to be contaminated. It will still only move in reverse. Any ideas, other than a rebuild? It has already been rebuilt twice.
