Default flashing lights

My inlaws own a 97 voyager that has a problem. On the accessory panel where you have the button for the rear wiper there are several lights blinking. I'm not sure what all of them are but i know that 2 of them are for the rear wiper. there is 2 on the left and 2 on the bottom blinking. Does anyone know how to get them to stop blinking?

Thanks

I ran the test and 2 of the 4 lights went out. Now it is only the recirc light and the AC light. according to the instructions it has to do with the "fin" sensor?
Does anyone have any idea what the fin sensor is and where it is located?

pin sensor should be in heater box behind glove box. if i remember right, there is a square rubber plug with a wire through it-this is the pin sensor. need to replace it to run all tests to turn off lights. think it was $25 or something from the dealer. need to have battery eliminater plug for power port when you unhook battery or you need to reprogram again.
