A/C & Heat Problems?

Its a 98'3 liter caravan and whenever you pull out or go up a hill the the belt slipps.It was to the shop 3 or 4 times. They checked the compressor,filled the ac system replaced and tighned the belts and checked the pullys...Whats wrong?
