Default 2002 Caravan Junction box

Hi All,
This question might make me soundlike a complete idiot but I removed the steering column cover and knee blocker as per my Haynes manual butI don't see the junction box. The instrument cluster lights are out and I suspect that it's a fuse. What's the trick?
Thanks,

its not a fuse the lights are controled by high side drivers by the BCM
If all the other lights like the dome,ac light all the other ones that come on when u drive at night then I would say a BCM or a cluster issue.
