I bought this 2006grand caravan(3.3se) and after one week my wife went to start it and it started ,shut right offno dash lights or interior lights it did this 3-4 times. Then she tried to give it some throttle to keep it running, itstarted, the interior and dash lights came on then when she left off the throttle it shut down after that the dash and interior lights worked but it would not crank and poped a 20 amp fuse in the box under the hood.It has been at the dealership since 6/4/07 and they ordered a fuse boxand hope that is the problem. They said it is throwing no codes.
Anyone have any ideas.Thanks A.M.D.

Check all your battery connections, wires, and grounds. Maybe check the battery as well. Sounds like mine. This happens when I don't have a good ground.
The dealer checked the battery and connections and that wasn't it,it has power but will not crank and they said as soon as they put in the 20 amp fuse it pops.I am having a hard time believing it needs a new fuse box.Another thing is I had the 8-80 certified warranty put on it whenIpurchased it, and on the check list they checked everything was checked out good ,even the transfer case /all wheel drive performance, front diff fluid(4x4 only),rear diff fluid(4x4/rwd/awd),and transfer case fluid(4x4/awd).This van has none of these things so I don't believe the dealer I bought it from did anything but check a bunch of things on the checklist and not check anything.Do I have a legitimate gripe with chrysler about this?

My 06 is a VMI conversion for wheelchair access. It did the same thing.Went through 3 fuse boxes and the 1ecm before they were able to diaognose it as the fuel pump shorting out. The dealer had it for almosta month. New fuel pump and almost 300 miles later and has been fine. Good Luck!!! I know it is fustrating.
get them to tell u what fuse its your van!!!!! I can bet the fuse box wont fix it get them to temm u what it is and i will take a look at the wire diagram and give u an EDUCATED idea of what to look for. Dont worry I deal with people that guess about stuff all the time at my job =)
