Default Error code P1299

My dad has the P1299code on his 2002 Caravan. It indicates a vacuum leak He tried replacing the fuel cap and it didn't solve the problem. Has anyone out there ever experienced this problem?

possable causes
VACUUM LEAK
THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR SWEEP
MAP SENSOR OPERATION
TP SENSOR FULLY SEATED
INTERMITTENT CONDITION

Are there any areas on theseengines that are bad about developing a vacuum leak?
