sounds like electrical sparkling

04 caravan SE, noise from driver side, front, sounds like electrical wire buring , "PiPa..PiPa..." when step on gas hard, hot and cold engine.
Anyone has idea why?

if its more of a pinging sound.. put some high grade gas in it and a bottle of fuel stabelizer... sounds to me like bad gas
