Default 2005 GC SXT

I recently replaced the front pads/rotors and rear pads on my wife's van. Now we hear a grinding noise coming from the front passenger side when brakes are applied. There seems to be no pattern and the grinding sound is random. It happens some during hard braking and some during light braking. Generally, I would guess it to be the pads needing replacing but I just did that 2 months ago. Any ideas?? I also think I may need to have the sway bar busings replaced... could the issues be related?

when you replaced pads.. how did the rotors look? did you have them turned or replaced?? and did you put some 'brake quiet' on the backs of the pads? every brake job i do.. i either turn the rotors.. or replace them when i replace the pads... i also spray the backs of the pads with brake quiet to eliminate squeeling and grinding noises..
