Default Speedometer & Tachometer Pegged?

While resetting the trip on my wife's 2001 Caravan during a fuel-up (ignition off or maybe on A/C), I apprarently hosed something up. First I noticed that all of the warning lights on the instrument panal flashed on and then the speedo & tach went all the way around and pegged out and will not return. Does anyone have a clue as to what I've done and how to fix my oops?

sounds like it shorted out.. maybe when you pressed the reset button.. try to pull battery and leave it off for several hours.. see if that fixes it
