Default 1992 Dodge Ram 250 Conversion Van

I just bought a 1992 Ram 250 Conversion Van with a 318, 190,000 miles and it had a tranny whine. No problem, tranny fluid was nasty, but before a tranny tuneup could be done, tranny coolant line broke. Fixed that problem, replaced tranny fluid with correct fluid (Mopar ATF+4). Now, the tranny whined in 1st gear, wouldn't shift further than second gear, went up a hill, and now the tranny is pretty much locked in reverse. There's no drive, no 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear, shifting into low one is reverse. Anyone know if this is a simple fix or did I smoke the tranny?
