Default 98 GC Speed sensor or sensor's????

I have a 1998 Grand Caravan with the 3.8 I took it to Autozone and had them read the trouble codes. I was told it needed a speed sensor and EGR Valve. I have searched the forums and have foun that all th speed sensors they talk about are installed with a 1 inch socket, and that there are 2. I have attached a picture of the sensor they gave me for replacement. I havent had a chance to check it out as it is raining here. Does anyone know if my van has 2 or just this one. Thanks in advance Steve

Default RE: 98 GC Speed sensor or sensor's????

The speed sensor you are showing is for 1992 41TE transmission in 1993 the transmission uses two sensors, one closes to the torque converter is the input Mopar # 4800878 and the output Mopar # 4800879. That is closes to rear of the trans. Just above the TRS sensor which started in the 1996 1/2 model.
