so I called my friend at dealer and mentioned this and he said that they had a tube that goes on the drain at firewall you silicone on to keep water from blowing back onto the firewall while driving. I have not gone to get it yet, but I kind of doubt that will cure it....

I totally fixed this problem from inside the van with a $5 tube of GE silcone # 2. If any wants pics let me know.
