Default 94 AWD GC Fluid Change ?

[8D]Hi to all. I am new at this Forum since I sold my 98 Avenger and bought a 94 Grand Caravan SE with 96K and AWD. I am looking for some input on oil viscocity changes for summer/winter changes. I just got a new Inspection sticker so things are running well although using it for the delivery of pizzas may not be so good for it. One ? is whether I will get better mileage vs. constant starting of the motor. Is it better (cheaper in the long run) to leave the motor running while I go tip hunting (it will lock with the motor on) or turn it off and on every stop? How about the All Wheel Drive (AWD) Overrunning Clutch and Rear Carrier Fluid change? Where is a diagram that shows the location as the Haynes Manual says in fine print like this that it does not cover AWD.
Any info appreciated, gotto go fly the pies, Happy New Year!!
