Default Fuel Rail Leaking! 94 Grand Voyager 3.8L

I have a 94 Grand Voyager with the 3.8L V6 engine and I noticed recently that my fuel rail is leaking. There appears to be some sort of connection or splice at the point of the leak and what I am wondering is if any of you have any experience with this and could tell me whether the rail comes apart and has an o-ring or something at the point of the leak or whether I am going to have to buy a whole new fuel rail. Here is a link with a diagram of my fuel rail so you can see what I am talking about:

Any information or link to information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You'll need to replace the fuel rail assy. You just missed the fuel rail recall by one year. also order new o-rings for the injectors too.
