Default Flasher Location for 2000 Grand Caravan

The turn signals have gone crazy. Most time they work fine but sometimes, they don't work at all. Sometimes, I try to signal for one direction and the opposite side comes on. It's the latter that worries me as that is an accident waiting to happen.

I purchsed a flasher unit but can't find where it goes. Is it behind the dash?

Any other ideas what may be happening?

Thanks!

The flasher module is located under the dash and is plugged into the fuse/junction block next to the park brake pedal. I think there may be a plastic cover over the panel. That module also controls the 4 ways and the day time running lights on Canadian vehicles. Many times, you can remove and replace the same module and it may work. Good luck!!

I was under the impression that the relays in this generation were integral to the BCM.
