2005 sxt rough ride at 2k rpm

I have a 2005 caravan sxt with about 55k miles. Car seems to be skipping when drivingat a constant 2k rpm. I cleaned out the egr which had a lot of build up but skipping continues. Any ideas?

It may seem simple, but I'd start with plugs and wires.
